ToyBx will be equipped with a sophisticated, fully integrated, scalable security platform encompassing Avigilon’s IP based video system and ICT’s intrusion detection and access control system. Security will be monitored 24/7 and the systems proposed provide personnel with the tools to Detect, Verify and Act on Critical Events efficiently and effectively.

Security is top of mind at ToyBx. That is why ToyBx will be deploying a high-end 48 camera (112 lenses with the use of multi-head cameras) IP based video solution for complete exterior coverage, as well as all common interior areas such as entrances, elevators, and vehicle lanes. The video system will be monitored onsite as well as off-site. However, the power of Avigilon’s Video Solutions is derived from the built-in Artificial Intelligence and Video Analytic features that enable personnel to Detect, Verify and Act on Critical Events, with the use of Avigilon’s Control Centre (ACC) video management software. Powerful search engines permit personnel to filter through enormous amounts of recorded video data efficiently and effectively. Cameras will be linked to intrusion detection inputs (i.e., door contacts, etc.) such that any alarms that occur will have a date/time stamp of the event plus recorded video footage of the event.

That leads us to ICT’s intrusion detection and access control system. All ToyBx entrances will be monitored 24/7. Main entrance doors, plus vehicle overhead doors and elevator doors will be fitted with access control. Only people with valid credentials (Mobile Credential, Mobile App, or PIN Code) will have access through these access portals. Pre-determined access levels will control who goes where and when. For example, if you are an owner of a unit on the 2nd floor, then you will only have elevator access to the 2nd floor, and so on. All events will be logged into an event log and transaction reports can be generated on ICT Security Management Software. Graphic Floor plans will be set-up to give personnel a real time visual representation and status of all Toybox’s security points, including Suite/Unit security devices.

Units at ToyBx will be equipped with door contacts for both overhead and entrance doors, as well as motion detectors within the Unit. There will be Keypads installed within each ToyBx Unit for traditional arming/disarming of the Unit plus LCD display and annunciation of system status. In addition, all ToyBx Units will have mobile credential/pin pad readers installed on the outside of the unit allowing for a more modern approach to arming/disarming through secure mobile credentials, mobile APP, or pin codes. Credential/Pin Pad readers will also be integrated via access control functionality to the Overhead Door Operator for the added convenience of the Units being disarmed and overhead door opened from the same user action.

ToyBx Units security devices will be monitoring 24/7 onsite and/or offsite and any alarm event will be validated by video verification. This will allow security personnel to Detect, Verify and Act on Critical Events efficiently and effectively. For added comfort, owners will also have the power of monitoring their own Unit security system in their own hands. Push notifications will be sent to Mobile Credential/App users’ mobile devices for real time events such as system armed/disarmed, alarm events, for example.
